Currently, data is stored on Wix servers, but we plan to migrate to Framer and, later, a private database.

If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Services Offered:
We provide services in:

• Product Design

• Animated Advertising

• Mixed Reality Advertising

• Other advertising-related services such as:

  • posters

  • billboards

  • digital advertising content.

2. Content Restrictions:
We do not create:
Illegal or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
Harmful, offensive, or unethical materials.

3. Project-Based and Long-Term Agreements:
Contracts are tailored to each project. For smaller projects that do not require contracts, we work under standard business terms.

4. Refund Policy:

• If the work has not started, a full refund is possible.

• If only a small portion of work has been done and the client cancels early, a partial refund may be issued.

• If significant work has been completed, no refund will be given.

​

5. Payment & Late Fees:

• Payments are made via Stripe or bank transfer.

• Partial payments (installments) are possible before the project begins.

• Invoices must be paid within 30 days. After that: +5% late fee per week applies.

6. Liability Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for the client’s business results after using our services.

7. Non-Payment Handling:
If a client fails to pay:

• Reminder email will be sent.

• Final payment request will be sent after 30 days.

• If the payment is still outstanding, we will engage a debt collection agency.

• Future collaborations will only be prepaid.

8. Governing Law:
All terms are governed by Romanian law.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used by the client.
Clients can request refunds via email or phone, subject to case-by-case approval.

We use third-party platforms such as Wix, Framer, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel to provide our services. We are not responsible for any errors, outages, or data issues caused by these platforms.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Responsibility
Clients must ensure that any materials (logos, images, 3D models, text, etc.) they provide are free from copyright or trademark violations.
AdMocky is not liable for any claims arising from the use of unauthorized content provided by the client.
All original work created by AdMocky remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

 

6. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMocky is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, reputational damage, or technical issues.
